Definition:
Persons or corporate entities who made contributions to the creation of the original work in addition to the person or entity named in the creator field.
You may apply the role of the contributor in parentheses after the name; e.g. (Illustrator)
Use forms of name as found in the Library of Congress Name Authority File (LCNAF) or Union List of Artist Names (ULAN).
